Paddington Arts Room Hire
We are the venue for your community group meeting, networking event, training course, audition, film shoot or dance rehearsal
As a youth art centre with more than 20 years in the community, Paddington Arts has become part of life for those in and around the Harrow Road, W9. Our light and airy building on two floors has rooms for hire at reasonable rates.
We work with a number of local community groups, dance, film, television and theatre companies and a variety of cultural and arts organizations.
Pyramid Room
For meetings, rehearsals, seminars Room Size: Approx 9.2m x 9.1m An inspirational room on the second floor with a glass roof, air conditioning and an attractive, adjoined roof terrace garden. The terrace is large enough to site a barbecue or serve food and drinks in warmer weather.
The room has a basic kitchenette. Toilets situated on the ground floor. This room is suitable for workshops and meetings of up to 80 participants.

Dance Studio
For rehearsals and workshops.
Approx 9.5m x 8.5m A light, airy studio on the first floor
The studio has a CD music system (iPod/mp3 compatible), sprung floor, and a full-length mirrored wall. Facilities include male/female toilets, changing rooms and showers. A comfortable rehearsal space for around 16 dancers.

Approx 7.5m x 3.75m. A small meeting room on the ground floor next to the kitchen, suitable for up to 16 people.

Main Hall
For performances, rehearsals, seminars, conferences, and workshops.
Room Size: Approx 14.4m x 14m. A large space, on the ground floor, for up to 150 people with CD music system (compatible with iPod and mp3 players). The room is available for large meetings, conferences, workshops, rehearsals, seminars or performances. A sound limiter is installed and is set at 92.5 decibels which must not be exceeded. (Basic lighting and sound desk(s) for rehearsals and performances also available for use on request).

Paddington Arts has an on-site fully equipped kitchen which is available free of charge to hirers.
Please inform us if you need to use these facilities at the time of booking.
We also have several caterers in the local area that are happy to cater for events here at Paddington Arts.

Room Pricing
The prices apply to room hires during office hours (Monday to Friday 10am – 6pm) at other times an additional £27 per hour is charged for care-taking and security.
